Gill Charnock is a Casting Director at Lime Pictures with over 30 years of experience.

Gill has had a long and enjoyable career in casting working across most genres from television, commercials, film to theatre.  Working mainly in the wonderful world of Soap, Gill has cast over 350+ episodes of Hollyoaks. She started out on Brookside and other projects include Grange Hill, The Courtroom, The Case, Evermore, Zero Chill and many more.

🔹  Scripts upon Booking: Book now to get your scripts instantly, giving you more time to film your self-tape and fit it into your schedule. The sooner you book, the more time you have!

🔹 Personalised Feedback: Gill will review your self-tape live on Zoom in groups of 6. Expect feedback that is insightful and actionable for future selftape requests. Your tape and feedback will be shared with 5 other actors in your group. 

🔹 Special Mention and Cash Prize: Chance to win a £100 cash prize! Gill will select a performer from the workshop who she considers a special mention. Four special mention actor tapes are uploaded to our social media and voted for by our followers. The winner takes home £100!

📆 Important dates :

Wednesday 17th July at 7 pm - Deadline for self-tapes sent to us.

Thursday 18th July - An email in which you can book your slot will be sent to those who have submitted a tape. Please be advised that every participant will have a slot allocated; however, specific time slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Friday 19th July - Bookings closed 

Saturday 20th July from 10 am - Gill's Zoom feedback sessions run from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with each session lasting 40 minutes and accommodating up to 6 actors. Below is an example of the time slots for a fully booked workshop. Please note that if the workshop isn't fully booked or if some actors request recorded feedback instead, we will adjust the schedule to ensure efficient use of time for our Industry Professionals. This may involve starting by removing the last slot(s) of the day.

Example Time Slots:

• Session 1: 10:00 AM - 10:40 AM
• Session 2: 10:40 AM - 11:20 AM
• Session 3: 11:20 AM - 12:00 PM
• Session 4: 12:00 PM - 12:40 PM
• Session 5: 12:40 PM - 1:20 PM

*Please be aware Industry professionals taking part are actively working within the industry, while rare, there may be occasional delays in feedback or adjustments to workshop dates. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these exceptional cases.
